How clean is your compressed air?

This is an important question if you work in industries where the compressed air comes into contact with the finished product during the manufacturing and packaging process. We can help you achieve clean air for your application whilst ensuring that the ISO standards for your specific industry are met.

 

Air Quality Check

To check the air quality of your application, we use a comprehensive Breathing Air Test Purity kit to test the level of contamination of:

  • Oxygen

  • C0

  • C02

  • Water Vapour

  • Mineral Oil.

This test indicates the level of contamination both upstream and downstream of your equipment. In addition to the detection of compressed air contaminants of oil, water and particulates, our air test kit provides a real-time display of the oxygen content within the compressed air system.

 

Once we have undertake this check, we will provide expert advice and recommendations on how you can achieve clean air for your application, and also undertake regular maintenance to ensure that the ISO standards for your specific industry are met. If you are unsure of the air quality standards you are required to meet, contact us and we will be able to assist you.

 

 

You may be surprised to know that a 18.5kW compressor generates just over a litre of water an hour! Having the right air treatment equipment helps. We recommend you use KAESER's online calculator to help gain an understanding on how much condensate your compressor may generate here.
